My Approach

My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens when people feel safe enough to engage honestly and courageously with what’s happening inside them. I integrate evidence-based and experiential therapies to support both understanding and change, especially when experiences are difficult to put into words.

Sessions are collaborative and thoughtfully paced. We pay attention to the nervous system, patterns that repeat over time, and the quieter signals that often get overlooked—sensations, images, emotions, or assumptions that shape how you respond to yourself and others.

Much of the work involves gently bringing awareness to what has been unspoken or carried beneath the surface, so you can respond with more clarity, choice, and a steadier sense of self.
