Insurance and Payment

The information below is meant to offer clarity about how therapy is billed in my practice and what options may be available to you.

Insurance

I am currently in-network with the following plans:

Blue Cross Blue Shield

Aetna

Private Pay

I also offer private pay therapy. Some clients choose this option for greater flexibility, privacy, or continuity of care.

Fees are discussed prior to scheduling and confirmed in intake paperwork

Payment is due at the time of service and is processed through a secure client portal. I accept major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.

Out-of-Network Benefits

If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, I am happy to provide a superbill upon request. Some plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network services; reimbursement amounts vary by insurer and plan.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are not using insurance are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges upon request. Additional details are provided during the intake process.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee. This policy allows me to offer consistent and reliable availability to all clients.
